My order that was placed on March 30 hadn’t arrived by April 14 and from my feedback, I was immediately contacted by Sydni to resolve the issue. There was an issue with the USPS and I received constant updates on the status of the order. After multiple phone calls and not receiving a definitive on when the order would arrive, I was offered to have the order shipped with an alternate method. Thank you for your timely responses.
